All items are shipped according to the purchasers request. Shipping charges are quoted directly from UPS, USPS or trucking company.
Items shipped via UPS and USPS will not have signature confirmations assigned to the package. Please be sure to have the item shipped to an address where the item can be dropped off in a secure location. Sandy Point Progressive Sports and the shipping companies we use are not responsible for items stolen after they have been delivered.
All oversized items will be shipped via a trucking company. Purchaser must be available to accept and sign for a truck shipment. Shipments shipped via a trucking company must be fully insected upon receiving and before sigining for the package. Compensation for damage found after the package has been signed for may not be recoverable. PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT ALL PACKAGES FULLY.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

- To improve customer service
- To process transactions
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
- To send periodic emails. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- Returns & Replacements
In store purchases are refundable up to 10 days after the date of purchase. After 10 days the item may be returned for store credit up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Online orders have up to 10 day after receiving the item to initiate a return for refund by calling or emailing the store. After ten days the item may be returned for store credit up to 30 days after receiving the item.
Any item being returned for a refund, credit or exchange must be new, un-used in original condition without damage or repairs. The item must have all original parts, peices and retail packaging.
All orders will be refunded back to purchasers original payment method. Shipping charges are not refunded on any purchases.
We carry a lot of items, but we cant stock it all. If you are looking for the one particular item we just dont have in stock, dont worry, we can order it for you. Call us or email us and let us know what you are looking for. Chances are we can get it.
Special orders are non-refundable purchases. We are sorry, but we dont normally stock that item so we cant take it back.
Kayaks, SUP's , Surfboards and other large items are special ordered two different ways. Because these are large items we must either charge shipping on the item if you want it right away. Or, if you are willing to wait and we have a future order coming, there will be no extra charge to put it on an exisiting order.
Please consider we cannot detail all situations here that may occur. So there may be a situation that we cannot order an item or we have to charge shipping on an item that we would not normally charge shipping on.
